Holiday hotel "Southern" located in a beautiful park, which is one of the best on the southwest coast of Crimea. The park was designed by specialists from Nikita’s Botanical Gardens (Yalta). There are beautiful flowerbeds with the year-round blooming plants. In 2009 the pension had celebrated its jubilee - 30 years since its foundation.

- Suites and studios.
2-rooms apartment. Accommodation: up to 4 pers. per room.
- Room of category "Standard”, double.
Apartment with private bath. Accommodation: up to 2 pers. per room.
- Room category "Standard”, triple.
Stay up to 3 pers. per room.

All rooms have balconies overlooking the magnificent sea view. The rooms have standard set of furniture, TV, fridge. Cold water: 24/7, hot water - on schedule.
There are balanced and comprehensive feeding in the dining room, full board as well as custom menu system, which allows to take into account different tastes.
Suite: consists of bedroom and living room. Satellite TV, fridge, kettle, dinner set. Balcony with sea view and swimming pool. Bathroom, water boiler. Price per room per day (watch the price below).
Triple Standard: Comfortable and cozy apartment with the ability to accommodate 3 perss. There you can meet all that may need to spend time. Price for 1 person per day. Children under 5 years are accepted free of charge. Discount for children from 5 to 12 years - 20%.
Double Standard: beautifully suited for rest, especially for mom with a child, a pair or young family with a child. The room is equipped with everything necessary for rest at the sea. Price for 1 person per day. Children under 5 years accepted free of charge. Discount for children from 5 to 12 years - 20%.
Infrastructure:

A cocktail bar "The waters" with a large wine list and cocktails is located at the pool and in the immediate vicinity of the Sea there is a restaurant in the eastern style "Baccarat".
