You can order your vacation with three methods:
More about ordering and booking:
- It is better you to have a consultation with our manager before you start ordering! At first, read the information about the object's you want to stay. Then when you had made your choise give us a request: call or write our support and booking service (you may also fill the form - our manager will get your order and will reply you on the contact e-mail or skype or phone, which you'll leave when filling the form). Please note that the reservation is terminated for 4-7 days before the proposed date of arrival!
- In the form you should fill all the fields. It will be better for you to save time and us to understand your order better and completely. Please read all about the payment methods and choose what is right for you.
Pre-payment is required an it is 30% on most of the object's (it is written on an object's page).The remaining 70% of the price of your vacation you'll pay us on arrival by cash or with the same method you'll make the pre-payment before you arrive. Otherwise you can make a pre-payment, which is more than 30% - it is optional.
Push the "Submit" button and we'll get your order.
- Orders are processed within 12-24 hours after posting. After receiving the order it will be processed and if a specified room(s) corresponding to this order will be available to reservation, it will be pre-reserved and you will be sent information for pre-payment.
- Within three banking days we are waiting for your confirmation. At this time you should make a pre-payment and send us a quittance which confirms your pre-payment (on info@nikolaevka.com.ua or on Skype alphacrimea).
- After recieving your pre-payment (this is usually from 1 to 3 days), we'll send our confirmation of your reservation (voucher) which states: recreation facilities, the date of arrival, departure, room accommodation, tourist information, the amount of the prepayment, the coordinates of the object's rest. With this confirmation you come to the place of your rest at the address given in the confirmation.
